Position Overview: TEKsystems is hiring two Junior Business Analysts who will operate in a hybrid capacity, with a preference for candidates local to Fort Mill, SC. This role blends business analysis with product ownership and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, UX teams, and developers to drive delivery on internal advisor-facing tools and Microsoft collaboration platforms. Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities: Product Ownership & Backlog Management: * Prioritize, groom, and manage the product backlog * Drive product roadmap execution in coordination with business owners * Lead sprint planning and ensure alignment with stakeholder priorities Requirements Gathering & Documentation: * Translate high-level business needs into clear, actionable user stories * Document detailed process flows and use cases * Define and write product acceptance criteria Cross-Functional Communication: * Act as liaison between business, UX, development, and third-party vendors * Represent business vision in Agile ceremonies (e.g., SCRUM, sprint planning) * Surface risks, coordinate stakeholder input, and drive decision-making End-User Experience / Product Support: * Manage and enhance the user experience across platforms like MS Teams and Outlook * Identify opportunities for internal tool improvement and adoption * Provide change management support for new features Nice-to-Have Experience: * Working knowledge of JIRA or ServiceNow for story and backlog management * Prior work with UX or product design teams * Familiarity with SaaS vendor coordination and contract deliverables * Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
