Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Financial Operations Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in support of the IT department. This role plays a critical part in managing IT financial operations, including invoicing, procurement, budgeting, contract lifecycle management, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial tools, and a collaborative mindset to help drive informed decision-making and financial integrity across IT initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily IT invoices and procurement requests, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal controls
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to source IT hardware, software, and services
  • Track and report on procurement activities and their impact on IT budgets
  • Support timely resolution of invoice discrepancies and vendor issues
  • Assist with preparation of IT financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Maintain project-level financial tracking in coordination with project managers
  • Perform variance analysis and ad hoc financial reporting as needed
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures across IT teams
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IT contracts, from initiation through execution and renewal
  • Coordinate with IT leadership and legal support to contract review and approvals
  • Monitor contract-related spend and forecast financial impacts on IT budgets.
  • Ensure accurate representation of contract terms in project financial plans
  • Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or IT finance support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting, data lookups (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), PivotTables, and report creation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and process integrity
  • Working knowledge of financial principles and practices, including GAAP
  • Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa)
  • Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms (e.g., Agiloft, Ironclad)
  • Understanding of legal contract language and its financial implications
