Our ZTD Strategy Realization & Governance (ZTD SR&G) organization is responsible for building and maturing core capabilities to run Zoetis Tech & Digital with the discipline of a business, driving a cohesive approach to strategy planning, portfolio execution and value realization while optimizing technology costs, enabled by a workforce planning strategy, and deploying agile ways of working.

Summary:

To advance our ZTD strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a variety of strategic initiatives and high-impact projects across our ZTD organization. This senior role requires a unique blend of program management expertise, financial discipline, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate and influence across the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving transformation and change management, building strong relationships, and leading complex projects that align with our strategic goals.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, manage and/or oversee strategic initiatives, critical projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project status and outcomes.
  • Ensure strong financial discipline and budget management throughout project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Influence and guide teams through transformation and change management processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on transformational programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving transformation within a technology organization.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate, manage and influence change effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to
be located in (Colorado). Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.

Base Pay Range: $126,000-$181,000

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in (California), (NJ Remote), (NY Remote), or (Washington). Base pay may vary based on location and
other factors.

Base Pay Range: $142,000-$205,000

[This position is eligible for short-term incentive compensation.] [The position is also eligible for long-term incentive.]
