Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow. We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our global TA team. This role (2- 4 years of experience) focuses on building and optimizing sourcing strategies for Sales roles worldwide, supporting TA improvement initiatives, delivering training, and contributing to a career site redesign. You'll help evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels, promote recruiter adoption of best practices, and drive data-backed improvements. Key Responsibilities
