The opportunity

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President Nurture Marketing, the Director of Marketing Automation guides the use of marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and launch industry-leading engagement strategies. This position is remote. #LI-remote

What you'll do:

  • Lead Adoption of the university-wide marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

  • Hands-on lead the daily management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Build new and improve existing marketing automation journeys aimed at KPI's to drive business impact through a performance marketing mindset.

  • Lead high impact projects by guiding marketing automation team members and partnering with internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and deliver against a backlog of marketing automation ideas to improve student persistence.

  • Maintain a best-in-class Marketing Automation QA process to ensure accurate delivery of communications from Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Promote best practices within the Marketing Automation platform and surrounding marketing technology solutions.

  • Champion international email compliance projects, within Marketing Cloud, to support CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to adapt and support of student/prospect communications, with an eye towards optimizing student experience through relevance and personalization.

  • Be the product owner for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, overseeing daily operations of the platform, including compliance, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.

  • Challenge and desire to improve the customer experience using marketing technology and engagement strategies.

  • Responsible for the delivery workstream that deploys all ad-hoc communications from within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Manage the health and deliverability of SNHU's email sending IP addresses.

  • Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of marketing automation experience. (Example: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua).

  • 7+years of experience managing Marketing Technology solutions

  • 7+ years of CRM experience (preferably Salesforce).

  • Degree(s): Bachelor's degree

  • Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable: Yes

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is $100,560.00 - $160,926.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $111,119.00 - $150,338.00.
