Job Description
As an E-commerce Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our online retail business. You'll be responsible for defining, developing, and launching innovative e-commerce products and features that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your ability to detect and understand market trends, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential to your success.
Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform product strategy and decision-making.

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives. Create detailed product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer value and business impact.

Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing, clinical products) to bring products to market. Define product requirements, write user stories, and oversee the development process.

A/B Testing and Optimization: Advocate for A/B testing and iterative optimization to continuously improve product performance and user experience. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Customer Experience: Advocate for the customer experience and ensure that products meet their needs and expectations. Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development.

Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Identify opportunities for growth and optimize product performance.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide product team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, including online retail, payment processing, and logistics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce).
Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, GA, GA4, Tealium).
