Summary:

Responsible for the operations, marketing, and maintenance of the Executive Briefing Center (EBC) facility in Dallas, TX. This position will lead to working with stakeholders across lines of business to execute best in class showroom program. It includes working with sales, product, marketing, and finance teams to identify and execute the needs to achieve the desired business goals. In addition, this role is responsible for selecting and managing the vendor relationships required to build and deliver this program.

Responsibilities:



  • Maintain the EBC through continual product upgrades working with EBD product groups, Solution Engineer, and Vertical Marketing Teams to outline and install the applicable solutions
  • Create and manage all EBC hospitality, meeting, and training programs
  • Responsible for supporting post event, training, and tour reporting to include description, dates and times, attendee list, photos, actions and follow up.
  • Responsible for maintaining a list of attendees including name, company, contact information, reason for visit, follow up actions.
  • Responsible for creating pre-sale and post-sale communications for each event. Pre-sale communication to be used (with sales and partners) to drive attendees. Post-sale communication used to drive follow up and revenue opportunities.
  • Working with lead and DMC, assist in identifying strategic DMC events where we can market to attendees to visit showroom.
  • Assist in monthly reporting for executive team.
  • Manage and execute the EBC meeting schedule working with Executive Management and Sales Leaders to ensure proper coverage and attendance for each meeting
  • Responsible for working across divisions and subsidiaries to plan and host various events during and after work hours including program development, catering, and hosting
  • Ensure the space within the EBC is prepared for each meeting (coordinate cleaning with building staff, technology demos are operational, and the correct product is on display)
  • Responsible for hosting all EBC guests from providing tours to answering questions
  • Provide light technical maintenance including powering on/off products, load/change content, connect devices to Wi-Fi network
  • Manage all other technical maintenance/fix with Solution Engineers Team
  • Manage food/beverage service with in-house/external catering services
  • Manage all other outsourced services and expense billing
  • Other tasks as assigned



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or Event/Hospitality Management is recommended (BS or BA degree minimum)
  • Successful candidate must be highly organized with the ability to multitask, manage multiple deadlines and maintain key relationships with vendors, internal and external organizations
  • Project Management acumen to lead cross functional work streams for successful and on time execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with strong intrapersonal skills, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
