Summary: The Associate, Software QA, will be hands-on and act as an information resource about assigned areas of responsibility to other Quality Assurance staff and possess leadership capabilities for multiple complex projects. He or she will design, implement, maintain, and recommend changes to the new functions and features to update the test plans and produce evaluation processes. He or She will work closely with Developer and Project Managers in leading the projects and represent Quality Assurance group on all projects launched. The Software QA Associate will play a dual role in ensuring software quality assurance and overseeing carrier-related projects management tasks. This position is responsible for coordinating with internal teams, vendors and carrier partners to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards and align with the latest telecommunications technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of telecom ecosystems, software testing processes and project management principles to effectively support all phases of carrier-driven projects.
