Network Operations Center - Associate

Baptist Health is looking for a Network Operations Center - Associate to join their team in Louisville.

The Network Operations Center Engineer (NOC), Associate will monitor and maintain the voice, data and video networksfor Data Centers, 9 hospital facilities and 300+ branch locations across the region in a mission-critical, 24x7 enterpriseenvironment. This will be performed by utilizing a broad and highly technical knowledge of the area's functions andapplications in the network architecture, hardware environment, software environment, and departmental proceduresand processes.

Essential Duties:
* Utilize SolarWinds and science logic to identify network impairments
* Identify trends that may impact performance
* Open incidents with ticketing system such as Cherwell, Remedy, RT
* Ensure tickets are updated and escalated per SLA
* Support cross-functional teams such as server infrastructure, unified communications, network engineering
* Perform tasks such as backups and patch management.
* Perform switch port turn-ups and vlan changes
* Perform DNS and DHCP changes
* Perform other minor configuration changes.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required

• Technical Diploma. Associate's degree preferred

• 3+ years in related technology field

• Previous NOC or Network engineering experience preferred

• CCNA Certification or equivalent Aruba certification required
