• Develop high-quality, performant frontend code that improves user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new features and improvements.
• Apply AI assist tools such as Cursor AI and GitHub's Co-Pilot to streamline development processes.
• Adapt quickly to changing objectives and contribute to the determination of project priorities.

• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or XY years of practical experience.
• Proven experience in frontend development with a focus on writing clean, efficient code.
• Comfortable using AI assist tools to improve efficiency and code quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to compete in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
