Responsible for providing direction and leadership to the Service Activation department - maintaining system integrity and overseeing the existing provisioning systems, deployment of new products, and assisting with projects. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a LEAD DEVOPS ENGINEER on the Provisioning Quality & Reliability SCI team, you'll lead production support tasks including troubleshooting of system and data issues for both divisional and national systems. This role will be part of the Production Engineering support team and be the first line of contact for production issues. This role may also include administration and support of third-party software. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
