CDC Manager Lead and develop a team of associates with a focus on motivating, mentoring, and coaching. This individual is accountable for engaging their team to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, performance, and productivity. The Distribution Center Manager will ensure that customer expectations are met daily and orders are processed and shipped without incident. The person in this role will need to be able to show strong leadership, value 'quality' and 'service excellence', drive a customer-centric, employee-centric and continuous improvement culture, be committed to understanding and satisfying internal/external customer needs, and have a desire to provide tools to their team needed for success. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance. The employee will frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds and may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. ENVIRONMENT:Onsite_ Las Vegas, NV PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT: This position works in a normal office environment as well as a warehouse environment, with standard office equipment. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. while working in the office.
