Here's what you'd do:

  • The Operations and Maintenance Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and effective maintenance practices.
  • This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing documentation, and supporting compliance initiatives, all while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational performance.
  • Monitor daily operations and maintenance activities, identifying areas for process improvement and ensuring that operational objectives are met efficiently.
  • Analyze data related to maintenance and operational performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to site leadership.
  • Act as a liaison between site managers, clients, corporate teams, and regulatory agencies.
  • Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on project goals and compliance with operational standards.
  • Documentation Management: Collect, organize, and scan site briefings and maintenance documentation.
  • Ensure that forms are complete and accurate, reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Manage the distribution and updating of critical documents, including bulletins, method statements, SOPs, SWPs, and manuals.
  • Develop, distribute, and store bulletins in a designated repository.
  • Ensure that all issued bulletins are systematically recorded in manuals and SOP revisions.
  • Maintain a dynamic document registry to ensure accurate tracking and easy access to all changes, updates, and revisions.
  • Work closely with the design authority to facilitate project requirements, ensuring operational practices remain aligned with engineering standards.
  • Serve as the Airport SIDA site officer, engaging with the SIDA office to manage badging and compliance requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Training Department to ensure that training records are accurately captured in Maximo and that staff are informed of updated procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as an effective note-taker during meetings, tracking action items and ensuring follow-up on assigned tasks to completion.

Pay: $87.000/ year

Hours: 40 hrs / Week (1st shift)

Length: Temp to Direct

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with document management software, particularly SharePoint and Maximo.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Good understanding of operations and maintenance processes in a transportation or infrastructure context.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Good analytical skills.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be needed to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • The ability to sit for extended periods of time in an office environment.
  • The ability to stand for 1-2 hours at a time.
