Description As the Western Region Senior Account Manager with Liberty Plastics, youwill be an integral member of our Building Products team, responsible for the development and execution of annual sales plans that deliver strategic market growth in our Attic, Wall and Roof protection product and market segments. This position is responsible for establishing a sustainable base of business through both direct sales efforts and management of a regional team of independent sales reps. Key focus will be on account development, account management and distribution growth in both 1 and 2 step channels. You will work closely with the Liberty Plastics Leadership and Marketing team to increase brand awareness and market share in support of a range of building products (roofing and siding) market driven product solutions. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 per year plus eligibility in annual bonus program. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses or deferred compensation options.
