Lead Case Manager

As a Lead Case Manager, you will coordinate the daily activities of the transitional housing programs and/or intensive housing services for LSS's housing programs.

As a Lead Case Manager, you will:

• Develop, plan, implement and maintain services for the housing programs
• Monitor the housing programs
• Be involved in case management
• Conduct community networking to maintain good standing with organizations in the community

Lead Case Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience in field is required
• Training and experience with low-income and homeless person is required
• 3 - 5 years' experience in providing direct social services required
• Experience should include knowledge of applicable rules and regulations related to housing program and professional report writing
• Driver's license is required

Other Lead Case Manager Qualifications:

• Social work licensure preferred
• Knowledge of related issues in chemical dependency, mental health, parenting, sex trafficking and domestic violence is desired
