Sales Manager who can lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and help shape our next phase of expansion. If you thrive in a fast-paced lending environment and have a proven track record of building winning teams, we want to talk to you. *Skills* private equity, lending, lending software systems, KPI's, sales management, Sales, mortgage loan, mortgage lending *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Qualifications *Experience: 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in private money lending, hard money lending, mortgage, or related financial services. *Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a competitive lending environment. *Leadership: Strong coaching, mentorship, and team-building skills. *Industry Knowledge: Understanding of real estate investment financing, including fix-and-flip, bridge, rental, and construction loans. *Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce) and loan origination systems. *Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. *Licensing: Active NMLS license preferred but not required. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
