Your Impact:

OpenText is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead the development and strategy for Financial Services Payment Hub solution, Order and Trade Management solution, SWIFT Service Bureau and other financial solutions. Assist with Digital Solutions to ensure the design is in line with operational capabilities and standards. Engage with existing clients to ensure OpenText is meeting their technology needs and service requirements. Lead technical resources to meet organizational goals and objectives. Support sales activities to win new customer deals and help close new business. Oversee client implementations on Financial Hub.

What the role offers:

* Act as the primary escalation point for all matters involving Financial Hub platform.
* Lead solution development, strategy, solve problems and resolve issues.
* Represent FinHub team on conference calls with existing and prospective clients.
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert in all financial services solutions.
* Quickly prioritize and resolve competing demands, ensuring the most productive and profitable work is completed first, while also ensuring requirements with lower priority are completed as expeditiously as possible.
* Communicate across organizations, ensuring stakeholders are aware of priorities. Manage expectations.
* Act as the single point of contact for all FinHub strategic matters.
* Provide Subject Matter Expertise on Infrastructure, Information Security, Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning and Service Management to finalize non-standard solution designs.
* Provide direction to project teams based on commitments made to Opentext customers.
* Provide leadership in support of all development activities, new go-to-market solutions, functional and technical upgrades, hosting improvement, implementation of new enhancements, improved security and resilience of FinHub solutions

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelors Degree in Business or Computer Science with 10+ years of experience in a technology organization.
• Experience with payments and treasury solutions. Trade and post trade process for equity, fixed income and fund orders. Working knowledge in FIX and Swift 15022 and 20022 standards.
• Experience with system engineering fundamentals and application infrastructure. Experience leading technology teams. Experience managing client relationships or client facing implementation projects
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues and make sound commitments that can be met within organizational and operational capabilities.
• Expertise with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodology. Expert Project Manager and Leader. Familiarity with ITIL processes. Ability to work independently and as a Leader to drive issues to resolution. Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet tight project timelines.
• Must have very strong interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to partner with others and manage complex relationships.
• Ability to deliver effective presentations on technology to customer audiences including executives, business/functional leaders, and highly technical resources.
• Full stack JAVA development, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, Services oriented deployment.
