Primary Function
The Residential/Commercial Service Technician responsibilities include but not limited to; delivering salt, basic filter changes, preventative maintenance and maintaining customer relationships. The Residential/Commercial Service Technician I must have the ability to work on their own with little direct supervision, a clean driving record, and be mechanically minded. Responsibilities
Deliver salt to both residential and commercial customers. Basic service of equipment like filter changes Follow proper lifting techniques for repetitive lifting, and pushing of the salt and equipment Maintain customer relationships and provide answers during service calls and salt deliveries. Communicate with management, sales and customer service to resolve customer complaints. Travel in company vehicle to support and maintain service area. Maintain service vehicle inventory. Adhere to company safety and vehicle practices. Take in salt deliveries and unload into the warehouse via forklift. Basic shop duties such as cleaning and building maintenance. Perform any other activities as needed or as directed. Qualifications
High Scholl diploma (or GED equivalent) Valid driver's license Insurable driving record Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout the day Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including DOT requirements Work in a variety of environments and temperatures (crawl spaces, attics, etc.) Education
