Koch Capabilities has an opening for a dynamic and motivated Program Manager to join our Koch Technology team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and coordinate complex technology programs while helping develop portfolio-level planning and governance in the IT Employee Services team.

Our Team

Employee Services includes the support and resources provided to employees to help them effectively use and manage technology within Koch. Our team provides value-added strategic partnerships with other Koch companies in ownership and support of several key processes and platforms. We deliver IT products and services that enable employee success and collaboration, foundational accounts and devices, and transformational mobility and XR experiences. As a trusted partner, you will play a crucial role in driving program success and supporting portfolio management activities that align with our organizational objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and lead comprehensive program plans, including defining scope, setting milestones, identifying resources, and necessary change management. Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Track and report on program performance metrics, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful delivery. Maintain transparent communication channels with stakeholders at various organizational levels ranging from internal project partners to Koch company CIOs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration across Koch Technology, business units, and external vendors. Mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Consistently apply the principles of individualism to provide tailored approaches to coaching and mentoring.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and other leaders to oversee Employee Services' collection of projects and initiatives to ensure they are aligned with overall business goals and deliver maximum value. Help refine project governance process for Employee Services, leveraging our decision-making framework to make decisions within the portfolio. Act as a bridge between the organization's strategic goals and execution of IT projects and initiatives.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience leading project initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering results in matrixed environments
  • Experience managing competing priorities with projects or programs
  • Experience working with various roles and leadership to drive outcomes and establishing effective feedback loops with stakeholders of all levels
  • Experience consulting, advising and mentoring others with data

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working as a project or program manager within the IT industry or in an IT capability
  • Experience working with data visualization tools
  • Experience working as a product owner or product manager
