Food Prep Associate

Staffmark is hiring a friendly and motivated Food Prep Associate to join our client's team in Bentonville! If you're passionate about health-focused food and enjoy delivering great customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity to prepare delicious sandwiches, salads, and smoothies while creating a positive experience for every guest.

Pay: $12/hr

Shifts: Monday - Saturday, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, and smoothies with attention to quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following food safety standards
• Greet customers warmly, provide menu recommendations, and answer questions
• Accurately take and process customer orders to ensure a smooth service
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain fast, friendly service and high customer satisfaction
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Participate in training to improve skills and support team growth

Qualifications:

• Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality suited for a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in health foods and promoting a healthy lifestyle
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
