Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring safe and efficient operations at the Newark Service Delivery Center, directly impacting Alstom's goals for profitability, sustainability, and growth. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Construction Management Services, Field Service Engineers, QA Inspectors), oversee shift work activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and much more." We'll look to you for:
Performing consistent and documented safety tours to ensure work is carried out safely and addressing potential unsafe situations through shift "Stand Down" meetings. ,
Planning shift work activities in alignment with the latest Operations and Maintenance Plans, assigning technicians to tasks, and ensuring efficient manpower utilization. ,
Conducting daily shift Pass-down Meetings and following up to confirm task completion and quality. ,
Directing support staff, including QA inspectors and Field Service Engineers, to manage system operations and CM Services. ,
Preparing and submitting required reports, such as Maintenance Action Plans (MAP), Daily SCADA reports, Incident Investigations, and Work Orders, while maintaining accurate information in the Company Maintenance Management System (e.g., Maximo). ,
Promoting a proactive safety culture by strictly adhering to the Company Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP), Safety Management System (SMS), and all relevant company policies and procedures.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ,
Strong communication skills in written and spoken English. ,
Ability to understand and solve complex technical problems. ,
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. ,
Experience in coordinating and managing physical assets. ,
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, safety-sensitive 24/7 operational environment. ,
