Position Summary

As Vice President, Data Management & Visualization, you will lead end-to-end data flow and reporting programs across a major client portfolio. This includes overseeing data collection, aggregation, QA, anomaly detection, processing, and visualization, while also shaping data strategy for the broader business. This highly visible role combines thought leadership, technical expertise, and people management. You will serve as a trusted consultant to senior clients and internal stakeholders while driving innovation in data practices and ensuring scalable solutions across Mediabrands.

Key Responsibilities



  • Strategic Leadership: Lead end-to-end data flow and reporting programs, setting vision, defining processes, and ensuring scalable solutions across multiple client portfolios.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the senior data consultant for clients, internal leaders, and external partners; communicate with clarity and authority at all levels including C-suite.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a multi-level team (onshore and offshore), ensuring alignment, growth, and consistent delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Consistent Processes: Establish and enforce standardized data practices across Mediabrands clients.
  • Campaign Naming Conventions: Define and drive adoption of consistent campaign naming structures to improve cross-channel reporting and analysis.
  • Data Integration: Oversee preparation and integration of diverse datasets, including first-party and non-standard digital inputs, into reporting and analytics workflows.
  • Data Quality & Anomaly Detection: Implement frameworks and governance for QA, validation, and anomaly detection across all reporting and dashboards.
  • Media Platform Knowledge:


    • Campaign Management: CM360, DSPs.
    • Social: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X.
    • Search: SA360, Bing, Google Ads.



Required Skills



  • Technical Expertise:


    • Advanced understanding of data flow across APIs, databases, and BI tools.
    • Deep experience in visualization and dashboard creation; Tableau preferred.
    • Strong BI tool proficiency (Alteryx, Power BI, KNIME, etc.); Tableau Prep preferred.
    • Advanced database knowledge (Snowflake preferred).


  • Campaign & Data Governance:


    • Expertise in campaign naming conventions and ensuring consistency across platforms.
    • Strong track record in data quality assurance and anomaly detection.


  • Leadership & Communication:


    • Proven ability to manage large teams across levels and geographies.
    • Skilled in delivering feedback, providing guidance, and ensuring collaboration in complex stakeholder environments.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.



Desired Skills & Experience



  • 10+ years of experience in agency or client-side digital media, data management, or media analytics.
  • Strong presentation development and delivery skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, engage, and develop colleagues (direct and indirect reports).
  • Experience driving innovation and implementing scalable data/reporting solutions at enterprise scale.

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
