Full Time | Day Shift | 7am - 7:30pm | Every Other Weekend (1 weekend day)

Join our Oncology Unit as an Administrative Service Representative and become a key part of the care experience at Sibley. In this vital role, you'll serve as a customer service ambassador to staff, physicians, patients, and families by demonstrating the excellent service skills outlined in Sibley's Circle of Excellence. You'll support the daily operations and activity flow of the patient care area by performing essential administrative functions and acting as a central source of information. Your strong organizational, communication, and time management skills will help ensure the unit runs smoothly and efficiently.

Minimum Education and Experience:


  • High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience



  • Intermediate typing/computer skills



  • Current CPR Certification required




Salary Range: Minimum 18.00/hour - Maximum 28.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
