CARE Counseling, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a LICSW Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Mankato, MN. This hybrid position requires working four days/week in office and offers flexibility in the number of billable hours/total hours worked per week. Primary Responsibilities: Provide treatment for mental health conditions using various approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Support colleagues as a subject matter expert, providing explanations & guidance to others on the most complex/critical issues Serve as a leader among the clinical team, providing recommendations for improvement and mentoring other clinicians Required Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral Degree in Behavioral Science/related field (Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Education, etc.) Active, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Minnesota Licensed Supervisor - Board approval to supervise Mental Health Practitioners and Clinical Trainees 2+ years of experience in a Licensed Mental Health Professional role We are committed to your well-being and growth, offering a comprehensive package of perks and benefits with varying eligibility based on role, including: Competitive salary & eligibility for quarterly incentive bonuses Flexible work models & paid time off when you need it Health and well-being benefits like health insurance, 401k matching, and other family support and wellness resources Professional development with continuing education (CE) reimbursement and dedicated learning time to advance your career
