Our Digital Patient Product team plays a vital role in advancing DaVita's kidney care platform-and we're growing! We're looking for aDirector of Product Management, Patientto lead the vision and strategy for ourpatient-facing digital applications. In this highly visible role, you'll set the product vision, define priorities and OKRs, and drive execution across multiple applications. You'll lead a team of Product Managers to deliver impactful solutions that bring your vision to life, and partner with senior leaders to align on strategy and results. We are looking for someone who is an expert relationship builder, has a bias towards action, can collaborate with cross-functional teams, and is obsessed with breaking down complex problems into product solutions. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $114,000.00 - $181,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
