Stationary Engineer Plant Manager

As the Stationary Engineer Plant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of mechanical systems, boilers, HVAC, and other critical infrastructure. You'll manage a team of engineers, technicians and general maintenance employees to ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across plant operations.

• Lead and supervise plant management team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of boilers, chillers, compressors, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor energy usage and implement efficiency improvements.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and operational logs.
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility needs and capital projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, management, and external vendors.
