Clinician Emergency Services (Full Time)

Community Care Alliance is hiring a full-time Emergency Services (ES) masters-level clinician. ES is an interdisciplinary team of skilled and experienced behavioral health professionals. They respondto a variety of client crises in office- and community-based settings. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, creative, and nimble in responding to crisis situations, and will maintain an anti-oppression, non-stigmatizing approach while working with high-acuity, complex clients. This is a Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm position, with opportunities for on-call and overtime hours available but never required.

Essential qualifications:


  • Proven ability to assess and intervene with clients in crisis
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of trauma-informed care practices
  • Comfort and familiarity working within larger systems (e.g., with clients, families, hospitals and other providers, law enforcement and first responders,and with other community partners)
  • Demonstrated proficiencyin completing biopsychosocial assessments and crisis assessments utilizing the DSM and evidence-based screening tools

Education and licensing requirements:


  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, forensic psychology, or related field
  • Independent licensure strongly preferred
  • Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) preferred - or the candidate will receive free, in-house training to obtain this certification
  • Valid driver's license required
