Pottery Barn Tulsa - Designer (full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize design expertise to conduct consultations in the store and in homes to meet personal sales per hour goals, contributing to our store success.
• Engage with customers in a professional and personable way that demonstrates a passion for design, our products, and our services.
• Create and present design plans based on client's needs, style, preferences, and living space.
• Demonstrate excellent clienteling skills including following up with client orders and contacting new customer leads regarding services, promotions, new product arrivals, etc.
• Provide world class attention to assist customers with all of our services including online returns, product information, credit card applications, etc.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of the entire design studio assortment.
• Efficiently and accurately perform register transactions i.e. sales, returns, exchanges, credit card applications, etc.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of visual merchandise presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Comply with all Williams-Sonoma, Inc. policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Open availability (32-40 hour work week)
• Retail experience: minimum 2 years
