Location: Rosedale Office BuildingDepartment: IS AdministrationShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: As a key strategic executive, the Senior Vice President of Information Systems/Chief Digital & Information Officer is responsible for the successful planning, execution and ongoing enhancement of all Cook Children's digital applications and technology. The role requires a deep understanding of how technology can be used to enhance the patient, clinician, and employee experience across all companies within Cook Children's Health Care System. This role leads technology, digital experience, clinical and business systems, enterprise analytics, cybersecurity and research informatics for the health system. The CDIO must possess strong leadership, management and communication skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization regardless of their computer literacy. The CDIO must have a broad experience with technology and digital experience to serve as a bridge connecting clinicians with the strategic initiatives of the information technology. The CDIO will serve as a catalyst for organizational change during the digital development and implementation of technologies. The CDIO will ensure that the IS strategic plan and IS resource utilization remains aligned with the Cook Children's Promise and Strategic Initiatives. Education & Experience
