Waukesha County's Department of Parks and Land Use is looking for the ideal candidate to lead our maintenance team at beautiful and challenging Naga-Waukee Golf Course as the Golf Course Superintendent.

The Golf Course Superintendent provides high level direction for the development and maintenance of the entire 200-acre golf course property, and this position is tasked with preserving the memorable aesthetic at one of the busiest 18-hole golf courses in Wisconsin.

Minimum Training & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years work experience in the maintenance of a golf course or directly related work.

• Recognized post high school training with specialization in park or golf course management, landscape architecture or a directly related field may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for up to four years of the required experience.

Preference given to those who are a certified golf course superintendent with certification through the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America.
