As a Principal Technical Program Manager for our Platform & Operations team, you'll orchestrate large-scale transformations that power the $800B freight industry. The Opportunity We're seeking an exceptional Principal Technical Program Manager to guide critical platform modernization initiatives that will define the next decade of freight technology. You'll be at the forefront of unifying our diverse technology ecosystems, driving platform and tool migrations that impact hundreds of engineers, and ensuring our platform scales to handle 400M+ annual freight posts and $120B+ in transaction volume. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, exceptional leadership and technical depth to navigate complex multi-team dependencies while maintaining our 99.9% platform uptime commitment. For Washington-based candidates, in compliance with the Washington State Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is $186,000.00 - $242,000.00 + target bonus + benefits. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
