Position Overview:The Program Manager will lead strategic transformation initiatives within the Transformation Office, with a primary focus on implementing and optimizing the Order Management System (OMS). This role is responsible for managing multiple high-visibility programs that drive operational excellence, process efficiency, and business value across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management expertise with experience in large-scale system implementations and organizational change management. Responsibilities:
  • Lead OMS Transformation Programs: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of OMS-related programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

  • ROI Measurement: Able to assess strategic impacts and benefits of initiatives within the program and track and report on costs and benefits achieved.

  • Manage relationships: Collaborate with business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration, quality delivery of OMS components and adoption of OMS solutions.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies in collaboration with the change management team, to support process transformation and user adoption.

  • Governance & Reporting: Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to the Transformation Office and leadership teams.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the evolution of program management best practices within the organization.

  • Mentorship: Support and mentor project managers within the Transformation Office to build organizational capability.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required; advanced degree preferred.

  • PMP or PgMP certification preferred

  • 7+ years in program or project management

  • Proven track record managing large-scale transformation programs, preferably in OMS or ERP environments.

  • Strong background in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

  • Demonstrated success in change management and stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience with platforms such as Oracle, Manhattan, or Salesforce OMS

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and facilitation skills.

  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and technologies

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in supply chain, order fulfillment, or related domains.

  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Physical Requirements:
  • Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen

  • Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body

Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is:

$110,000

to

$155,000

Many factors influence the determination of base pay within a range, including the candidate's work experience in related roles; the candidate's knowledge, skills, capabilities, and performance; the relative pay of other DigiKey employees in similar roles; and the budget available for the position.
