We are looking for a strategic, customer-centric marketing leader to define and scale our customer marketing function. You'll lead efforts to turn customers into advocates, deepen engagement, and drive revenue growth within our base. This role is ideal for a builder, someone who can bring big ideas to life, create scalable programs, and influence at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the overarching customer marketing strategy, plan, and KPIs to drive customer engagement, advocacy, and pipeline impact.
  • Define a customer onboarding strategy that improves early engagement and long-term value realization.
  • Set vision and strategy for scaling customer references and success stories, including identifying gaps in our library and establishing a plan to fill them.
  • Identify and cultivate key customer relationships for case studies, speaker opportunities, and peer storytelling.
  • Build and scale customer advocacy programs, including Friends of Manhattan Associates, Women in Supply Chain, Customer Advisory Boards, User Groups, and Executive gatherings.
  • Own the strategy and direction for our customer community hub, incorporating customer feedback, engagement data, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve the hub into a central destination for connection, content, and engagement.
  • Oversee strategy and content direction for the customer newsletter, community engagement, and lifecycle nurture.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to build segmentation and drive cross-sell motions through targeted customer campaigns.
  • Own communication strategy for the annual user conference to drive increased participation from existing customers.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team member(s).

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in customer or community marketing, ideally in supply chain or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience developing customer-centric programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Track record of driving pipeline from existing customer accounts.
  • Strategic thinker with strong executional skills.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to tie marketing impact to business outcomes.
