Information Technology Operations Technician

Catholic Charities Maine, a faith-based, nonprofit organization, has been serving Maine's most vulnerable populations since 1966. Through innovative, community-based programs, we support individuals and families across the state in areas such as behavioral health, child development, refugee and immigration services, senior outreach, and dental care.

We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Full-Time IT Operations Technician to join our Central Services team.

Description: The Information Technology (IT) Operations Technician will provide on-site support in the field and remote offices of Catholic Charities Maine in conjunction with the CCM IT Department, and the outsourced IT Managed Service Provider.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of an Associate's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
• Minimum two (2) years experience serving in help desk or technical support capacity. Computer literacy is required.
• Physical requirements include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.

Starting Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Annually. Starting salary contingent with experience/education.
