About the Role The Event Manager leads the strategy and execution of events that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement. You'll oversee a mix of internal and external events, such as conferences, large tradeshows, and virtual events that will span globally. While ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards. This role collaborates cross-functionally with field marketing, sales, customer success, product marketing, and executive leadership to deliver impactful experiences that elevate the brand.

You Will:



  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of key events, including budget management, logistics, staffing, and follow-up
  • Lead strategy for event programming, branding, and audience experience
  • Develop event briefs and goals in partnership with stakeholders across departments
  • Manage external vendors and contractors to deliver high-quality results
  • Analyze event performance metrics and use data to optimize future events
  • Oversee team inventory management, including swag, internal store fulfillment, and tradeshow collateral needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, branding guidelines, and accessibility standards
  • Partner with marketing teams to promote events via digital channels, social media, and email



You Have:



  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4+ years of experience managing events in a corporate or B2B setting
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Expertise in event tech platforms, project management tools, and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours around event timelines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field



Bonus Points If You Have:



  • Experience with global or multi-region events
  • Experience with Salesforce, Sendoso, Asana, Bizzabo, Cvent or other like platforms
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and personalized attendee experiences
  • Event certification (CMP, CSEP, or similar)


Salary Range

USA: $69,000 to $79,000

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
