ABOUT THIS ROLE

St. Michael's is hiring a Program Manager to support a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) client. As the Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and quality assurance over the entire project. This role includes managing all aspects of performance-technical and administrative-while ensuring efficient use of resources. Our core value ofDependabilitywill be paramount to this role as you will be the primary point of contact helping support across multiple offices across our client's organization.

Washington D.C. (with possibility of Hybrid work schedule)

WHO YOU ARE



  • Active (able to obtain) Public Trust.
  • 10 or more years of experience working in a Program management role within government or military sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a business field.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of government program management, government contracting and related practices and procedures, human resources, and experience managing multiple contacts and staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Manage and oversee work performance of one or more delivery orders.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee the work efforts of team personnel.
  • Interface with the Government to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all delivery order requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance, direction and ultimate management, and reviews all services for conformance to Government requirements.


COMPENSATION:As required by applicable law, St. Michael's Inc. provides reasonable pay ranges for positions based on labor market conditions in locations where compensation transparency is required. The base pay range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.

This position is in support of an upcoming opportunity, contingent upon award, and we are actively gathering qualified candidates in preparation for a successful proposal submission.
