Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Operations Manager to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing the day to day schedules and operations of the inspection field team, coordinate and confirm schedules with customers and field techs, ensure proper metrics are being met or improved upon and provide plan of action to improve on metrics not being met
• Report out and speak to monthly and YTD results
• Ensure all work is being completed in a safe and professional manner
• Act as safety liaison between K&J and the Pavion Safety team and ensure that K&J is meeting all safety metrics
• Manage and maintain the inspection reporting software
• Prepare any and all necessary inspection audits, adhere to all required inspection standards and local AHJ requirements, ensure the inspections team is properly trained and being mentored appropriately, look for ways to improve operational inefficiencies, hire and retain new and current inspection team
• Communicate clearly, efficiently and effectively with customers and internal K&J personnel
• Ensure that customers are educated on their systems and the requirements to maintain them
• Coordinate deficiencies with the service team and the deficiency sales team as needed
• Drive growth in the department through leads and deficiencies understanding find rates and ways to improve on find rates
• Performance manage the field team and resolve internal team conflicts in a positive team focused way

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in management
• NICET, Fire N Spec, Sedona Associates
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
