Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Security Services Leader to lead the delivery of cutting-edge cybersecurity services while shaping market-aligned offerings and building strategic partnerships. This role combines operational leadership with market insight and business development acumen to drive service excellence, innovation, and growth.

Lead Delivery of Security Services
    • Oversee the delivery of security consulting, implementation, and managed services engagements.
    • Ensure all projects meet scope, quality, budget, and timeline commitments.
    • Drive operational excellence through best practices, process improvements, and talent development.
Understand the Market & Shape Offerings
    • Monitor market trends, emerging threats, and client needs to inform service strategy.
    • Develop and refine security offerings that address evolving market demands.
    • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to launch new services.
Build & Strengthen Partnerships
    • Cultivate relationships with technology vendors, integrators, and alliance partners.
    • Co-develop joint solutions and go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners.
    • Represent the organisation in partner and industry events to enhance market presence.
Qualifications & Experience
    • 10+ years in cybersecurity services, with 5+ years in delivery leadership.
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-geography security engagements.
    • Strong understanding of security domains (e.g., threat management, cloud security, identity, compliance).
    • Experience shaping service offerings based on market intelligence.
    • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships.

Education
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration or a related field is required. Master's degree is preferred but not required.

"Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $ 180,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $ 307,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
