Dynamic Ratings continues to grow and we are adding to our team! We are seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Engineer to drive the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for electronic products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product design and production, ensuring efficient, quality-driven manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities


  • Design and implement manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies, including PCB assembly, component placement, and final product integration
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure products are optimized for manufacturability (DFM)
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and downtime
  • Conduct yield analysis and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Suggest new components and materials where necessary for development approval
  • Lead internal new product introduction (NPI) activities from prototype through full production
  • Recognize trends in failure modes and present data-driven conclusions



The right person for this role will be a detail-oriented problem solver with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of PCB assembly processes, including SMT, through-hole, and mixed technology
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment such as pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and automated test equipment
  • Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing execution systems (MES)
  • Understanding of quality management systems and statistical analysis tools
  • Strong communication and project management abilities
