Impact the Moment How you can make an Impact The Global Benefits & Mobility Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of employer paid benefits programs outside the U.S. and owning the governance, policy, compliance reviews, and approval processes for the company's global mobility program. The role partners cross-functionally and provide leadership and oversight for international benefits and mobility operations, vendor relationships, and centralized mobility case intake, review, and recommendations, while driving process improvements to enhance employee experience, ensure compliance, manage cost, and improve operational efficiency. This role requires the use of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance related to global benefits strategy and the governance of mobility processes. This position is a remote position, and candidates must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States. What you will be doing:

The pay range for this position is between $108,175 - $150,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
