Temple University's Purchasing Department is searching for an IT Contract Administrator! Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 Position Summary While working closely with the Information Technology Services department and senior management, the IT Contract Administrator is responsible for coordinating, developing, and managing the University's software content for selected university installations, complying with the established policies and procedures, working with the Strategic Sourcing department to ensure the best value and evaluating and coordinating departmental software requests. In addition, the incumbent manages the software site licensing program and makes recommendations to improve the program, as necessary, and is responsible for the evaluation, selection, and operation of selected software.The IT Contract Administrator will also perform other duties as assigned. This position requires a background check due to the access or control over financial transactions for the University or the access to Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Required Education and Experience Preferred Experience Required Skills & Abilities This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
