Treasury Analyst

• Build and maintain international bank relationships including account hierarchies
  
  
  
  • Open/close Accounts, maintain signatories, and KYC
  • Manage foreign bank accounts including security administration, foreign exchange and account analysis
  • Prepare FBAR annual filing

  • Optimize int'l banking services to achieve fee savings and improve controls
  • Reconcile international daily cash
  • Back-up support for cash desk
  • Manage & forecast global liquidity
  • Review 13 week forecast for international mobilization opportunities
  • Maintain and manage intercompany loan portfolio
  • Oversee cash mobilization processes to ensure statutory requirements are met
  • Participate in month-end close
  • Projects include:
    
    
    
    • Implementing cash pooling
    • Implementing a European P-Card program
    • Centralizing international cash management / disbursements
    • Support integrating acquisitions
    
    
    
    
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, Treasury experience a plus
• Strong system skills are a must - ERP experience, MS Office products (specifically Advanced Excel and PowerPoint) and Hyperion is a plus
• Designation as a Certified Treasury Professional would be a plus
• Familiarity with bank cash management systems
