9 MONTH CONTRACT


Seeking a Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer with experience in planning and executing Integration & Test events such as Environmental Confidence, qualification, sub-system/system level, and flight testing.

The highly motivated Systems Integration and Test (I&T) Engineer will support multiple development activities on program Inc 2 and Inc 1 LRIP proposal and production planning.

Responsibilities include:

- System Integration and Test (I&T) assignments: Verify that integrated HW can achieve the overall physical, functional and performance objectives.

- Verify that HW are compliant to associated requirement documentation.

- Interface with customer and program key stakeholders to assure that the HW is properly validated before sending it to the field.

- Ability to coordinate with personnel from different functional areas the needed resources for successful completion of testing.

- Production line subsystem and full missile integration and test planning

- Conducting reviews (VMR, VPR, TRRs, etc.)

- Test and qualification planning activities

- Subsystem design verification testing

- Lab testing.

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a STEM-related field with 5 years of professional experience or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree. Considered career or journey level.

Candidate has 2-4 years Electrical Troubleshooting experience.

Candidate has 2-4 years Testing experience

Candidate has 1-2 years Validation experience

Candidate has 2-4 years Electrical Testing experience

Candidate has 1-2 years User Acceptance Testing experience

The candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be capable of working virtually with distributed teams, and be able to work across multiple IPTs.

Desired:

Candidate has 1-2 years Writing proposals and reports
