We're looking for a Head of Sales to lead the go-to-market strategy for our developer-focused Data and Maps products. This is a unique opportunity to shape how cutting-edge weather data is delivered to the world's most innovative teams. Preferred location in Minneapolis, Minnesotaor open to Remote.


What's your role?




  • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for Xweather's Data and Maps portfolio, with a focus on developer adoption and product integration.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing to craft compelling value propositions, technical use cases, and competitive positioning.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and lead the migration of existing clients to our next-generation platforms.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term engagement.
  • Represent the voice of the developer and product manager in roadmap conversations-translating technical capabilities into business value.


What will you bring?




  • A technical or commercial degree and a strong track record of sales leadership (5+ years), ideally in SaaS, APIs, or data services.
  • Deep understanding of developer workflows, product-led growth, and the API economy.
  • Experience selling to technical audiences- we have developers, product managers, and engineering leaders in our Ecosystem and are continuously finding ways to expand it.
  • Familiarity with developer tools, SDKs, and cloud-native platforms.
  • Ability to take our developer community to next level.
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems through technology.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, global perspective, and a bias for action.


ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: $115,000-$140,000 annually with a bonus plan. (Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).
