Must-haves:

* Bachelor's of Science degree in a related discipline and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
* Basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices
* Experience working in multi-disciplinary design & development teams
* Exposure to aircraft weighing
* Experience with weight and balance analysis and verification
* Automated Weight and Balance System (AWBS) trained and prior experience with aircraft weight and balance paperwork (Chart A, Form B, Chart C, Chart E, Form F)

Preferred:

* Exposure to Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools such as CATIA and SolidWorks
* Previous experience generating ballast plans to support flight test activities
* Knowledge of industry standard aerospace principles, to include, but not limited to parametric design, model-based definition, fundamentals of mass properties engineering
* Understanding of aircraft systems
* Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, US Department of Defense and/or US Military
* The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required
