Job Overview
As a Data Analyst Intern you will be using Databases to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell. Roles and Responsibilities will vary by Hubbell business location, but may include the following: Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases. Using Power BI and other applications to create and organize data to make informed decisions, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct problems. Extracting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources using automated tools. Expectations: The intern will be expected to work full-time at 40 hours/week and will be compensated on an hourly basis.
