We are looking for a Local Delivery Driver to be the crucial link between our company and our valued customers. We operate a modern, well-maintained fleet"most of our vehicles are less than six years old and equipped with the latest technology, including collision avoidance systems, advanced cameras, and GPS navigation, to ensure your safety and efficiency on the road.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with no overnights. Pay begins at $30/hour What You'll Do:
  • Be a Customer Ambassador: You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, driving an established route to deliver compressed gas cylinders and related products. You'll handle customer orders, resolve service complaints, and build strong relationships.

  • Safety and Efficiency: You'll safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload products from our company-provided straight or box truck, adhering to all DOT and company regulations.

  • Be a Team Player: You'll assist in-store with customer service at the counter or over the phone and help with other drivers' duties as needed, ensuring our operations run smoothly.

  • Maintain Your Vehicle: You'll perform routine maintenance checks and keep your truck clean, ensuring it is ready for your daily route.

This role requires a high degree of physical capability and stamina to safely handle and deliver our products. You will be frequently bending and driving for up to 8 hours a day.

  • Lifting and Moving: You must be able to routinely lift 25-75 lbs and occasionally lift 76-125+ lbs with the aid of material handling equipment.

  • Hazardous Cargo: You must be comfortable with and capable of driving a vehicle carrying hazardous cargo for extended periods.

________________________ Are you a MATCH? What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: At least one full year of Class A or B CDL driving experience under DOT requirements, or a recent graduation from an accredited driving school.

  • Certifications: A Class A or B CDL with a Hazmat endorsement and a current Medical Examiner's Card.

  • Clean Record: A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is essential and at least 21 years of age.

  • Skills: The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and read/comprehend material safety data sheets.
