Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Employee Health Nurse - Lead to join out team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY & IN The Registered Nurse Lead works closely with the associated manager of Employee Health Services (EHS) to ensure excellent efficient delivery of clinic and/or program services and serves as a lead for staff working within the EHS program and/or clinics. When assigned to clinic services, the lead ensures the clinics remain clean and stocked, furniture functional and presentable, and equipment maintained, recalibrated, and in good working order. May help to settle new clinic locations. Assists to plan and implement regional offerings for the annual Influenza campaign and ad hoc services. Assists to maintain patient appointments. Assists to maintain staff schedules and client support. Oversees that new staff are fully trained and that all staff follow policy and protocols, including infection control and clinical safety, accurately document within the electronic database, provide accurate guidance and communication regarding the EHS program, and work within scope of license. May contribute to annual performance reviews and team coaching as necessary. Employees will be assigned to a specific team, program focus, and work location, and could be flexed to support multiple program focuses and/or work locations. Employees assigned to program support services outside of the clinics will work from an office and if approved and protocols and productivity are maintained, may be eligible to work remotely from their home. Accommodation of remote work is not available for employees assigned to clinic services. Percentage weight of job description may vary based upon assigned responsibilities. Creates a positive, supportive, collaborative work environment for EHS program staff and clinic patients following the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Collaborates with various Baptist entities to establish and promote company initiatives, to provide convenient services, support timely compliance, associated documentation and/or reporting, and to ensure continuity of care for individuals throughout the organization receiving services through the EHS program.
