  • Monitor product performance using key metrics and adjust roadmaps accordingly.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Research and Business Operations groups, Computational Sciences, Global Informatics, and other business partners.

  • Clearly communicate progress, risks, and impacts to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Develop product materials and spearhead adoption efforts to maximize product value.

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead cross-functional product teams spanning operations, informatics, and science to deliver impactful solutions and services.

  • Foster a collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives and continuous learning.

  • Identify and promote emerging technologies and best practices in operations, digital platforms, AI, and automation.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technology, operations, or science discipline; advanced degree preferred.

  • 8+ years in product management, IT business analysis, or related roles; prior experience in research operations strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and deliver solutions in complex environments.

  • Familiarity with scientific applications, lab operations systems, and digital platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with agile methodologies, requirements management, and user-centered design; certification in an agile delivery framework (e.g., Scrum Alliance, SAFe, or equivalent) is a plus.
