The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading Nestle's full life cycle recruiting team, supporting multiple operating companies through strong client and candidate relationship management, and providing consultative services to hiring teams. This leader defines, develops, implements, and drives a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to deliver top talent aligned with business objectives in demanding customer market conditions. This position will be based in Nestle's Solon, Ohio offices, and will lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team that supports Nestle's Technical, Procurement, Supply Chain, and R&D organizations across the United States. The role requires a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and a passion for building diverse, capable teams that drive innovation and performance. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning:
- Design and deliver relevant and appropriate talent strategies centered on attracting and hiring highly skilled talent for the organization across multiple operating companies
- Provides high-touch service to key stakeholders (Heads of, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners) to determine current and future talent needs, operational excellence, and strategy development, along with the ability to forge strong cross-functional relationships
- Participate in workforce planning sessions with HR analytics and the business groups to identify the long-term hiring needs, define the right profile and agree on the long-term recruitment strategy
- Develop strategies and execute initiatives to drive candidate pipeline development
- Influence heads of and hiring manager expectations for a shared understanding of recognizing top talent and hiring ahead of need where possible
- Innovate recruitment strategies with a focus on delivering excellent candidate experience and enhancing Nestle's employer brand awareness and reputation in the internal and external talent marketplace across multiple operating companies
- Develop and maintain deep and specific network of active and passive talent through direct sourcing, advanced posting strategies, referrals and networking
Talent Advisor Team Management:
- Develop and lead a high-functioning team and provide coaching and development to enable team performance and execution of company goals
- Optimize recruiting workflows to improve effectiveness and productivity
- Track and monitor recruiting metrics and reporting that align service delivery with business results
- Facilitate the balancing of workloads across the Recruitment Delivery Lead's teams to meet the organization's holistic hiring needs
- Partner with the Recruitment Leadership Team in making staffing and hiring adjustments based on budget and workforce planning projections
- Consistently lead and/or participate in projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition
- Monitor and manage all team activity on a continuous basis, ensuring appropriate distribution of workloads across the team
- Commitment to and an understanding of the sense of urgency associated with timely placement of talent across operating companies
Requirements and Minimum Education Level:
- Bachelor's Degree required in human resources, business, marketing, or related field
- Master's Degree in human resources or business preferred
Experience:
- 8 or more years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment
- 3 or more years of people management experience
- Recruitment experience in a large corporation preferred
- An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components, including, but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing, applicant tracking, closing offer processes, and relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to conduct competency-based recruitment
- Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of multiple stakeholders and clients
- Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs through capturing key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates, and utilizing diverse sourcing channels
- Demonstrated ability to use e-recruitment and web technologies to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to applicant tracking systems, social and digital media
- Ability to apply business knowledge into practical solutions based on business strategy or organizational changes
- Must be able to manage competing demands and be extremely agile
- Excellent presentation, project management, writing, and verbal communication skills are required
- Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of leaders
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Ability to create and maintain documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to understand and interpret data, analyze trends and identify actionable insights
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures
- Ability to travel up to 25%
